Fulenwider Enterprises is seeking a Shift Manager for our KFC and Taco Bell locations in Welch, WV. You will captain the shift, lead a team, ensure smooth operations, and uphold service standards with a focus on teamwork and a positive environment.

You will supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, manage inventory and cash processes, and train new teammates to maintain high food-safety and service levels in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or fast-food background preferred.
• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required (on-the-job training available).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations during your shift.
