Job description

The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent customer service and communication. This position involves managing guest interactions and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, warm, and outstanding service to guests, enhancing their satisfaction.
  2. Communication: Convey information clearly, address guest inquiries promptly, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  3. Problem-Solving: Assess situations quickly and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
  4. Multitasking: Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs simultaneously and efficiently.
  5. Financial Skills: Understand and work with basic financial information and arithmetic.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
