Role Overview: In this role, you'll warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay, ensuring guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to guests
  2. Respond promptly to guest questions and requests
  3. Streamline check-in and check-out processes
  4. Answer incoming calls professionally
  5. Multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  6. Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 10 lbs
  • Primarily standing during shifts

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of front desk experience preferred
  • Customer service or guest-facing experience required
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with hotel PMS systems like OPERA or OnQ is a plus
