Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the human services field is required.
• Two to five years of supervisory experience in a large shelter or residential facility.
• Work schedule includes some weekend and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, directs, and oversees the provision of all clinical services.
• Provides supervisory oversight and training to the Senior Service Coordinators, Social Worker, Housing Specialists and Program Nurses.
• Ensures collaboration across coordination of services, case management, referrals for education and employment.
