Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in the human services field is required.
• Two to five years of supervisory experience in a large shelter or residential facility that provides comprehensive social services, housing placement, and job skills training to the homeless, mentally ill, and chemically dependent populations.
• A work schedule that includes some weekend and evening hours will be required.

Aufgaben

• Plans, directs, and oversees the provision of all clinical services.
• Provides supervisory oversight and training to staff.
• Coordinates services and case management with multidisciplinary teams to support housing and employment goals.
• Meets weekly with nursing and psychiatry teams to coordinate care for shelter residents.
• Monitors admissions, census, and program outcomes.
• Develops groups and activities to promote self-sufficiency and wellness.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
