Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in social services, housing or emergency shelter.
• Experience with single and/or multi-problem families desirable.
• Ability to think and act calmly in emergency situations.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Must have initiative, able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CARES and DHS/OTDA policies is preferred.

• Oversee housing team and ensure targets are met.
• Foster housing opportunities with realtors and property managers.
• Facilitate case conferences and develop individualized housing/service plans.
• Promote linkage with service providers to secure resources for housing stability.
• Provide supervision to Social Service Supervisors, Case Managers and Housing Specialists.
• Ensure proper documentation in CARES and DHS approvals.
