Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide safety training to Monitor staff and oversee safety operations.
• Lead and train Monitors; manage shift coverage and security procedures.
• Ability to drive and transport program participants when required.

Responsibilities

• Assign shifts, schedule Monitors, and ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Oversee operations for safety practices and security of premises.
• Screen entrants and conduct bag/ person screening; patrol for safety.
• Maintain incident logs and complete written reports of daily activities.
• Assist with program operations and support client participants on-site.
