Job summary

Illumination Health + Home in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Site Attendant to create a safe, clean and supportive environment for clients in recuperative care centers and shelters. Responsibilities include meal service, intake support, safety checks, and daily janitorial tasks across dorms and common areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid CA driver's license, and basic computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with 5 years of clean DMV record.
• Basic computer skills and ability to summarize data in spreadsheets.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals following food safety practices.
• Assist with client intakes/outtakes and maintain client bed area.
• Check in with clients on-site; perform dorm/room walk-throughs for safety.
• Ensure no prohibited items on-site; decontaminate and dispose of bodily fluids as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and high-touch surfaces daily.
• Perform routine janitorial duties across facility and kitchen.
• Drive clients to appointments and update transportation logs.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness; pick up client medications.
