Job summary

Illumination Health + Home in Los Angeles is seeking a Site Attendant to uphold a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. You will enforce facility rules, assist with client needs, and ensure health protocols are followed in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes sanitation, meal service support, client intakes/discharges, and transportation duties when required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including email and simple data entry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges, prep bed areas, and maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct routine wellness checks and monitor client safety and welfare.
• Execute sanitation of high-touch areas and kitchen surfaces; follow food safety standards.
• Perform daily janitorial tasks and weekly deep cleaning of dorms/rooms.
• Drive clients to appointments when needed and maintain transportation logs.
