Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant in California to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients across its centers. You will enforce rules, assist with intakes and discharges, perform routine checks, and support meal service and sanitation efforts.

The role requires calm under pressure, attention to health protocols, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to summarize data in spreadsheets.
• Must have Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean DMV record (5 years).
• Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Client Care & Support: assist with client intakes and discharges, prep client bed area, enforce site rules, and conduct wellness checks.
• Meal Preparation & Food Safety: prepare and serve balanced meals, maintain food safety standards, sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Sanitation & Housekeeping: maintain a sanitary environment, perform routine janitorial duties, clean and disinfect dorms/rooms weekly.
• Transportation & Vehicle Maintenance: drive clients to appointments, maintain transport logs, inspect vehicles, and sanitize high-touch areas.
