Job summary

Illumination Health + Home in California seeks a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents in our facilities across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. You will enforce site rules, assist with client needs, and ensure daily operations reflect high standards of care.

The role requires calm, professional conduct in a fast-paced setting, with strong attention to health, safety, sanitation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to summarize data in spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver's License with clean DMV record and insurance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges and prepare bed areas.
• Conduct wellness checks and facility walk-throughs every 2 hours.
• Perform routine searches of client belongings for safety.
• Transport clients to appointments and maintain vehicle logs.
• Maintain sanitary environment following PPE and biohazard protocols.
