Job summary

Illumination Health + Home in Fullerton, CA seeks a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents at our recuperative care centers. You will enforce rules, assist with intake/discharge, and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires professionalism under pressure, strong cleanliness standards, and dependable teamwork. Previous experience in care or housing settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including the ability to send and receive emails and summarize data in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges, prepare client bed area, and maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct wellness checks every 2 hours to monitor client safety and welfare.
• Perform routine searches of client belongings to enforce site rules.
• Transport clients to appointments and program activities; maintain transportation logs.
• Perform routine janitorial duties including cleaning, sanitation, and laundry.
