Job summary

Bayaud Works in Denver seeks a Program Manager to support the Site Director at the Tamarac Family Shelter. You will supervise Lead Case Managers and Case Managers, ensure Housing First and trauma-informed practices, and coordinate across partners to promote housing stability and family outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing housing-focused case management, HMIS/OneHome documentation, staff training, scheduling, audits, and community relations while maintaining a safe, inclusive shelter

Qualifications

Five or more years of progressive experience in case management or related human services fields.
Experience supervising staff and coordinating with internal and external partners.
Knowledge of Shelter operations, Housing First and trauma-informed approaches.
Ability to manage documentation quality, reporting, and program compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise Lead Case Managers, Case Managers, and staff in daily program delivery.
Ensure shelter programming follows Housing First and trauma-informed models.
Oversee housing-focused case management, housing plans, and warm handoffs to navigators.
Coordinate across City partners, providers, and internal departments for outcomes.
Monitor HMIS/OneHome documentation, reporting, and contract compliance.
Lead staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and quality assurance.
