Job summary

Our House is seeking a Director of Housing Programs to lead the Shelter, Hasbro House, Mabee House, and a new family housing project opening in summer 2026. You will work closely with Housing and case management teams to ensure residents receive services that help them work, save, and transition to permanent housing.

Lead strategic program decisions, ensure 24/7 staffing coverage, and uphold trauma-informed, inclusive services.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in a leadership role serving high-risk populations.
• Ability to work with diverse staff, clients, and community members.
• Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Experience with conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Action‑oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision and leadership for Our House Housing Programs (Shelter, Hasbro House, Mabee House, new family housing).
• Coordinate with Housing and case management teams to meet resident needs and outcomes.
• Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure program policies align with best practices, data, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Career Center, Mental Health, Stability, and Children's Programs for wrap-around services.
