Job summary

Mychangepoint is seeking a SAFE House Manager to coordinate and provide services to DV residents. This role also oversees programming and staff.

You will work with the clinical team to ensure confidential resident care, arrange for immediate interventions, and supervise staff while contributing to quality management and collaboration with local coalitions. This position requires dedication to safety and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• High School degree with experience helping victims of domestic violence.
• Current Arizona Driver's License.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge and ability to define the needs of the resident served.
• Comply with a Drug Free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor patient care with clinical team and site personnel.
• Protects patient confidentiality and personal rights.
• Provides and arranges for immediate intervention services (i.e., PHF, psychiatrist, medications, etc.).
• Supervises assigned staff.
• Completes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Must participate in quality management and quality improvement activities.
• Must participate as a member of the clinical team as identified.
• Participates in state and local DV coalitions.
