Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of applicable experience (or equivalent).
• Able to be on call 24/7.
• TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client confidentiality and professional relationships with clients.
• Practice universal precautions, standard protocols, and privacy policies.
• Comply with federal, state, city and company security and privacy policies for health information.
• Understand contract requirements and communicate them to staff.
• Coordinate with peers in other shelters and external agencies on client progress and best practices.
• Set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets in line with contract requirements.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare reports and statistical information for management and funders.
• Assist in program oversight when Program Manager is absent.
• Analyze program and demographic data for improvements.
