Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a shelter operations supervisor to oversee the House of Charity program, guiding staff and coordinating services for residents.

Responsibilities include setting goals, supervising a 15‑person team, managing rosters, and ensuring safety, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role interacts with partners and leadership to improve outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with individuals in recovery, homelessness or residential settings preferred.
• Background check required before employment.

Responsabilités

• Develop program goals and action plans to meet patron needs.
• Supervise a diverse operations team of 15 FTE with focus on front desk, shelter operations, and data entry.
• Coordinate RC program needs, shifts, and on‑call support for participants.
• Provide regular staff supervision, lead monthly meetings, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure staff follow incident reporting, policy changes, and CQI reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community agencies and operate within HIPAA guidelines.
