Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee direct care staff and volunteers in a residential facility. You will coordinate and monitor program operations to align with best practices and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3 years' administrative supervisory experience.
• 2 years of direct service experience with homeless or vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of program staff and volunteers.
• Recruits, hires, evaluates, and supports staff development.
• Coordinates facility activities to meet objectives cost-effectively.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety codes and COA standards.
• Liaises with community partners and submits required reports.
