Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Communications, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in program management, program development, resource coordination, or related area.
• Knowledge of the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with housing agencies and shelters to support CPS students and families.
• Coordinate programs and services for students experiencing homelessness.
• Monitor and coordinate program activities to meet student and family needs.
• Document program procedures and processes to support accountability and future use.
• Promote family engagement and outreach with schools, shelters, and community organizations.
