Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CCM and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred or obtainable upon hire.
• Act 34/33 and FBI clearances required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and supportive services to shelter participants.
• Assist participants in obtaining housing outside the shelter through housing pathways.
• Complete referrals, document case notes, and coordinate with external providers.
