Cincinnati Public Schools is hiring a Community Partnerships & Enrichment Coordinator for the Project Connect program at RSA Vine St in Cincinnati, OH. The role reports to the Project Connect Manager and focuses on family engagement, enrichment programming, and supports for students experiencing homelessness.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Education, Communications, or Social Work (Master’s preferred) and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Education, Communications, or Social Work or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with students, parents, volunteers, and community partners.
• Ability to support families experiencing homelessness and engage diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support family engagement and parent education activities for families experiencing homelessness
• Assist in the implementation of enrichment programs and student supports to promote academic success and well-being
• Support outreach to families, schools, community partners to increase awareness and participation
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners and coordinate services for students and families
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and communication
• Assist with planning and implementation of the Project Connect summer academic and enrichment program
• Provide logistical and operational support for initiatives including mobile wellness and holiday programming
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from families, schools, and partners
• Support communication efforts, including maintaining program materials and social media updates
• Assist schools by sharing information related to the McKinney-Vento Act and available supports
• Help document program activities and maintain records; perform other duties as assigned
