Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in a related area or the equivalent experience in human services.
• One year direct human service experience.
• Good organizational and planning skills; works well as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests into shelter and complete paperwork while ensuring health and safety protocols.
• Promote housing stability and address resident needs within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and wellbeing of the facility; manage files and data entry in systems such as HMIS/ServicePoint.
• Supervise volunteers during shifts and coordinate front desk duties (calls, messages, donations, mail).
• Support onboarding/training and participate in on-call rotations and shift coverage as required.
