Homefull in Springfield, OH seeks a Shelter Attendant to ensure basic, safe, clean and professional shelter services for clients. You will be part of a reliable Shelter Team, handling front desk operations, safety enforcement, and coordination with CM staff to connect clients with supportive services.

• Experience in human services, preferably with homeless families.
• Ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Operate shelter front desk: check visitors in/out, answer phones, monitor security.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of shelter, laundry, and common areas.
• Coordinate safety by monitoring access areas and enforcing shelter rules.
• Record significant events in a daily logbook and coordinate with on-site security.
• Respond to emergencies and contact emergency-response systems as needed.
• Interact with shelter clients and assist CM staff with services and activities.
• Support daily schedules for showers, meals, and other routines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communications at all times.
