• Work directly with guests in the YMCA Shelter Program.

• Communicate guest needs to the Team Coordinator and document shifts.
• Respond to emergencies per established protocols.
• Collaborate with social service agencies to assist referrals.
• Assist with shelter policies and program certifications.
• Input guest information into systems and complete clerical tasks.
• Participate in meetings, training, and events.
