Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. You will enforce site rules, assist with client needs, and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.

The role involves sanitation of high-touch areas, meal service support, and routine transportation duties. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with swing and graveyard differentials; schedule Sunday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with shifts varying.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and outtakes; prepare bed area and maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct wellness checks and facility walk-throughs every 2 hours.
• Perform routine room checks and respond to client or facility concerns.
• Drive clients to appointments and maintain transportation logs.
