Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean environment and support client care in our California facilities. You will enforce site rules, assist with intakes, conduct wellness checks, and handle routine housekeeping tasks to promote residents' health and safety.

The role pays $20.00 per hour with swing ($1.00) and graveyard ($2.00) differentials. Schedule is Thursday through Monday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in a fast-paced, high-stress setting requiring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including emailing and simple spreadsheet tasks.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean DMV record and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges, ensuring beds and bedding are ready.
• Perform wellness checks and facility walk-throughs every 2 hours to monitor safety.
• Conduct searches of client belongings to prevent prohibited items.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities, logging trips and mileage.
• Prepare and sanitize meals per food safety standards; clean dining areas after meals.
