Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience in security, customer service, or nursing aid with disenfranchised or medically fragile populations.
• Physically capable of communicating and caring for guests of all ages and varying comprehension levels.
• Basic navigation skills for Google email and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service consistent with organizational standards.
• Observe and report changes in physical condition, mood, or behavior.
• Use de-escalation techniques to defuse conflicts between guests.
• Engage residents with empathy and encourage participation in activities.
• Assist with housekeeping duties such as cooking and cleaning.
