Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in new item cut-ins, refresh process, and reviewing plan-o-grams for accuracy.
• Primary shelf edge certification (SB1/SB2/SB3) or equivalent experience.
• MHE certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SIM and plan-o-gram SOPs.
• Conduct perpetual audits and investigate inventory issues.
• Execute category refresh requirements and update plan-o-gram items.
• Assign PSA to plan-o-gram items and displays; maintain accuracy of plan-o-grams.
• Audit ad, price, and item signs; push coupons and corrections as needed.
