• Customer Service: Provides superior customer service; answers questions and assists in selections; helps customers locate merchandise.
• Sales: Merchandises product effectively; uses suggestive selling to meet customer needs and boost department sales.
• Food Safety / Sanitation: Cleans and sanitizes sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment; adheres to SOPs and store procedures.
