Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field labor needs and master labor plan with PM, GF, Foreman and unions.
• Lead kickoff and prefab meetings; run foreman meetings and coordination sessions.
• Support safety programs and enforce Job Hazard Analysis and HASP.
• Control project labor costs and translate WIP data for field teams.
• Foster relationships with customers, peers, supervisors, staff, and subcontractors.
