Job summary

Bahnson Mechanical Systems, a seasoned designer and contractor of engineered air systems, seeks a project leadership professional in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on planning, coordinating field labor, and ensuring safety and cost control across complex mechanical construction projects.

The ideal candidate will guide foremen and field teams, manage labor plans, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards while collaborating with PMs and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Able to lead, manage and motivate field teams.
• Familiar with work rules across jurisdictions where we operate.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing field assignments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field labor needs, master labor plan, and schedule with PM, GF and Foreman.
• Pre-plan for high-risk activities such as outages and rapid installs; lead foreman meetings.
• Maintain personnel lists with locations, craft codes, etc.; mentor Winston-Salem team.
