Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising a team of ten or more and coordinating field staff.
• Experience implementing and enforcing safety programs and HASP.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field labor to meet project objectives and schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, General Foreman, Foreman and unions for planning and execution.
• Enforce safety program and ensure compliance with job hazard analyses.
• Oversee project cost controls and labor productivity to stay within budgeted hours and costs.
