Responsibilities

• Plan and prebuild labor needs, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate field teams with project managers and foremen for high-risk activities.
• Enforce safety programs, JHA, and HASP across sites.
• Control project-based labor costs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
