Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead field operations, safety programs, and schedules.
• Strong coordination of structural, MEP, and architectural trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, supervise subs, and manage daily site activities.
• Establish site safety plans, conduct hazard analyses, ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with Project Manager; monitor progress.
• Implement Quality Control programs; ensure contract compliance.
• Review drawings/specifications and provide constructability input.
• Oversee budgets, subcontractor payments, and cost verification.
• Coordinate weekly with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Plan site logistics, hoisting, access control, and security.
• Lead progress and safety meetings; maintain daily reports.
• Ensure timely punch lists, commissioning, and project turnover.
