The Press Instructor will train customers, support commissioning, and stay updated on industry trends and software innovations, promoting services to improve productivity and press performance.

Qualifications

• Travel 67%–100% with Central US residence near major airport.
• 3–5 years operating/training Manroland sheetfed presses.
• Strong computer, Windows/macOS, and networking knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment and related tech.
• Support commissioning and operator instruction during press installations.
• Train customers on print color management and makeready optimization.
• Troubleshoot during print applications service calls.
• Communicate professionally about press operation, performance and productivity.
• Stay current with training, industry trends and software innovations.
• Promote training, consulting, software and performance services.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvements.
