You will train operators, support commissioning, teach color management, troubleshoot on site, and promote services.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses (3–5 years).
• Proficient with Windows, macOS, and networking.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instruction for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment and related technologies.
• Support successful commissioning and operator instruction during press installations.
• Train customers on print color management and optimization of makeready processes.
• Perform efficient troubleshooting during print application service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all levels regarding press operation and performance.
• Stay current with print application training, industry trends, and software innovations.
• Promote training, consulting, software, and performance improvement services to customers.
• Provide support related to consumables and best practices for press performance.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvement initiatives.
