Qualifications

• . 3 to 5 years of experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses.
• . Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking.
• . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• . Willingness to travel 67%–100% and reside in Central US near a major airport.
• . Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instruction for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment and related technologies.
• Support successful commissioning and operator instruction during press installations.
• Train customers on print color management and optimization of makeready processes.
• Perform efficient troubleshooting during print application service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all organizational levels regarding press operation, performance, and productivity improvements.
• Stay current with print application training, industry trends, and the latest software innovations.
• Promote training, consulting, software, and performance improvement services to customers.
• Provide support related to consumables and best practices for optimal press performance.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvement initiatives.
