Heidelberg USA is seeking a Press Instructor to educate customers on Manroland sheetfed presses, color management, and related peripherals. The role emphasizes professional training, commissioning support, and ongoing customer success across the Central United States.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Manroland presses, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to most of the year.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses.
• Strong knowledge of computers, including Windows, macOS, and networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instruction for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment.
• Support successful commissioning and operator instruction during press installations.
• Train customers on print color management and makeready optimization.
• Perform efficient troubleshooting during print application service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all levels regarding press operation, performance, and productivity improvements.
• Stay current with print application training, industry trends, and the latest software innovations.
• Promote training, consulting, software, and performance improvement services to customers.
• Provide support related to consumables and best practices for optimal press performance.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvement initiatives.
