The role requires delivering personalized, proactive service, traveling extensively within the Central United States, and maintaining professionalism while representing Heidelberg USA. Strong instructional and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS and networking.
• Willingness to travel 67–100%.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment and related technologies.
• Support commissioning and operator instruction during press installations.
• Train customers on print color management and makeready optimization.
• Troubleshoot efficiently during print application service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all levels about press operation and productivity.
• Stay current with print application training and industry trends.
• Promote training, consulting, software, and performance services to customers.
• Support consumables and best practices for press performance.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvements.
