Heidelberg USA is seeking a Press Instructor to educate customers on Manroland sheetfed presses and related peripherals, ensuring optimal equipment performance and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on training experience, strong computer skills, and a proactive, professional approach to customer service. Travel will be extensive across the Central United States to support installations and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses.
• Strong knowledge of computers, including Windows, macOS, and networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instruction for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment and related technologies.
• Support successful commissioning and operator instruction during press installations.
• Train customers on print color management and optimization of makeready processes.
• Perform efficient troubleshooting during print application service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers at all organizational levels regarding press operation, performance, and productivity improvements.
• Stay current with print application training, industry trends, and the latest software innovations.
• Promote training, consulting, software, and performance improvement services to customers.
• Provide support related to consumables and best practices for optimal press performance.
• Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvement initiatives.
