Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisor experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience supervising hourly manufacturing employees.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Productivity objectives.
• Develop workforce; coach Lead Persons; support succession planning.
• Monitor production flow; remove bottlenecks using lean principles and TOC.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily production reports and participate in Daily Management meetings.
