Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with the manufacturing of precision‑machined metal components.
• Experience in a machine shop or knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers operating machines to manufacture parts or products.
• Schedule and approve overtime and vacations.
• Analyze work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules.
• Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods and product quality.
• Interface with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Maintain time and production records.
