Qualifications

Minimum of three years related experience in machine shop operation running CNC equipment or equivalent.
Able to read/interpret part drawings and use quality tools (calipers, mics, comparators).
Legal to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Selects and sets proper tooling as identified on tool layout for the program.
Makes set-ups using tooling fixtures and indicating target diameters, hole alignments, or spindle run-out.
Programs, loads and proves out program and runs and inspects first article samples; adjusts set-up as needed.
Completes documentation for each set-up (SPC charts, set-up checklist, first article verification).
Run, monitor and troubleshoot equipment in production; adjust set-up as necessary.
