Position

We are seeking a Sharp Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a field position covering a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of the Greater Phoenix area and surrounding regions.

Essential Job Duties

1. Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
2. Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
3. Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
4. Developing solutions to resolve unusual problems
5. Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

1. Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
2. Experience and training with Sharp equipment
3. Experience with Canon, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
4. Strong computer knowledge
