You will guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, convert leads into funded contracts, manage an active pipeline, and promote our Sharia-Compliant products at community events. This role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a supportive environment aligned with faith-based principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to articulate product features and benefits.
• Detail-oriented with multi-priority management.
• Familiarity with Muslim-American communities and mosques.
• Bilingual English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying or refinancing with transparency.
• Convert leads into funded contracts, aiming for 3–4 per month.
• Manage an active sales pipeline and follow up with leads.
• Attend outreach events and seminars promoting Sharia-Compliant financing.
• Build referral relationships with real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
