Job summary

Guidance Residential is hiring a Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team. You will guide families through the homebuying or refinancing journey, delivering a transparent customer experience and strong support from start to finish.

With uncapped earnings and comprehensive training, you’ll convert leads into funded contracts while building a robust referral network across Michigan. Local mosques and community events are part of the role to promote our Sharia-Compliant financing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate product features, benefits and value.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multi-tasking.
• Familiarity with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required.
• Effective communication with customers, employees and managers via phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the homebuying or refinancing process with a transparent, professional experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, aiming for 3–4 closures per month.
• Surpass monthly home financing sales goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline via follow-ups, inbound leads, networking and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events and seminars promoting Sharia-Compliant financing at local mosques and community groups.
• Build relationships with referral partners including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
