Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience articulating product features, benefits, and value.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, ensuring a professional customer experience.
• Convert leads into funded contracts, targeting 3-4 closed contracts per month.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and manage an active pipeline with follow-ups and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events promoting Sharia-Compliant financing at mosques and community groups.
• Build relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
