Guidance Residential is seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team. You will guide clients through the homebuying or refinancing process, convert leads into funded contracts, and promote our Sharia-compliant home financing product across local communities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Articulates product features, benefits and value.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local Muslim American communities and mosques preferred.
• Bilingual English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.
• Strong communication via telephone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into funded contracts while consistently achieving 3–4 closed contracts per month.
• Guide clients through the homebuying or refinancing process with a transparent customer experience.
• Host outreach events and educational seminars at mosques and community gatherings.
• Build relationships with referral partners including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.
