Job summary

Guidance Residential is seeking a driven Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team, helping families navigate the home financing process with a transparent, compliant approach.

You will guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, convert leads to funded contracts, and build relationships with referral partners in person in Chicago, IL. Expect to engage with local Muslim communities and lead outreach events to promote our Sharia-Compliant financing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in articulating product/features/benefits clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, delivering a professional customer experience.
• Convert leads into funded contracts, targeting 3-4 closed per month.
• Exceed monthly home financing sales goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline through follow-ups, inbound leads, and networking.
