Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience articulating product features, benefits and value.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, delivering a transparent client experience.
• Convert leads into funded contracts, aiming for 3–4 closed per month.
• Manage an active pipeline, follow up with clients and generate new business.
• Host outreach events and seminars promoting Sharia-Compliant financing.
• Build relationships with referral partners and review loan documentation.
